This Privacy Policy explains how RDK Miami LLC ("RDK Miami," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit davitro.com (the "Site") or contact us about Davit Ro's entertainment services. The Site is operated in the United States and is intended primarily for visitors in the United States.
By using the Site or submitting an inquiry form, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We provide booking inquiries and information about close-up magic and interactive entertainment performed by Davit Ro for corporate events, weddings, and private parties in South Florida.

A. Information you provide directly
When you submit our inquiry or booking form (on /book or on a service page), we may collect:

• Email address
• Phone number
• Event type (e.g., corporate, wedding, private party)

B. Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, our hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical data such as:

Transactional emails are sent through Resend (no-reply@davitro.com or a similar sending address on our domain). Reply to hi@davitro.com if you prefer to continue the conversation there.
You may opt out of non-essential marketing emails at any time by contacting us. We may still send messages related to an active quote or booked event.
5. Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use cookies and similar technologies as follows:
Essential / operational
• Admin session cookie (staff only): keeps our team signed in to the admin dashboard. This is not set for ordinary Site visitors.
Analytics (planned)
We plan to enable Google Analytics (or a comparable analytics service) to understand how visitors use the Site—for example, which pages are viewed and how users navigate from search or ads. When enabled, analytics providers may use cookies or similar identifiers and process usage data according to their own policies. We will update this Privacy Policy when analytics is activated. You may use browser controls or, where offered, Google's opt-out tools to limit analytics cookies.
Third-party content
Embedded content (such as a demo video hosted on YouTube) or links to social networks (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) may set their own cookies if you interact with them. We do not control those technologies. Please review the privacy policies of those platforms.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect some Site features.
6. Service providers (processors)
We use trusted service providers to operate the Site. They process data only on our instructions and for the purposes described here:
• Render — application hosting and PostgreSQL database (United States)
• Cloudflare — DNS, security, and media storage (R2) for images uploaded through our admin system
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Google (optional, when enabled) — website analytics
We require appropriate safeguards by contract or standard terms where applicable. We do not authorize service providers to use your inquiry data for their own marketing.
7. Data retention
We retain inquiry and contact records for as long as needed to:
• Respond to you and manage potential or confirmed bookings
• Resolve disputes or enforce agreements
• Meet tax, insurance, or legal obligations
When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, unless law requires longer retention.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information, including HTTPS encryption, access controls on our admin area, and hosting with reputable providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, contact us immediately.
